Village Code

As the weather is getting nicer, we all love to be outside. We'd just like to remind you of a couple important ordinances within the Village.

  1. Animals - it is against Village code to allow your pets to walk without a leash. For the safety of you, your pet, neighbors and other pets, please leash your animal when taking them for a walk.
  2. Burning - The open burning of landscape waste and/or other materials, with the exception of brush, is prohibited in the Village except for those living within the 60119 U.S. postal service zip code. Also, please make sure your brush is dry, so it burns and does not cause excessive smoke, which is problamtic to those with health conditions.
Both violations are subject to an Ordinance Violation Ticket by the Police Department.

Trailside Auto Repair

Opened by Mark and Theresa Shoup  (part of the community for over 21 years) in August 2012, we are located at 40W288 Wasco Road, on the North side of Rte 64 across the street from Dairy Queen and behind King’s Mill.

We offer service, repair, and maintenance on all makes and models of both domestic and import cars and trucks.

We pride ourselves on being honest with our customers and are happy to explain why repairs are needed, if they are needed immediately, and are more than happy to show you the parts that were replaced after the job is complete.

We try to be very accurate with repair cost estimates and also provide a low-cost check over for people considering a used car purchase.

Through our Napa Auto Care program, we offer specials all year round that run for two months each and are posted in our waiting area and on our Facebook page.

In the community, we have been a part of the National Night Out program (we were the ones with the dashboard beanbag game this past August), advertise in the Fox Mill Magazine and often attend their network meetings, and help local scouts with providing a space for their yearly trailer shakeout.

Come see what makes us different from the rest of the repair shops out there... integrity, reliability, and fair pricing, all with that personal touch!
