Electric Aggregation

Contract Renewed

The Village of Campton Hills Board of Trustees renewed an Electric Aggregation Contract with Dynegy at their special meeting on June 26, 2017.

The contract has been renewed for 14-months to secure the lowest rate possible. Please watch your mail for information regarding the rate and opt-out information.

Also, staff at Village Hall is hearing from residents that they are receiving calls from Budget Energy, name on caller ID, and the caller has identified themselves as working for IBT Energy. They will tell you that they (IBT) were informed by our energy company that our fixed rate program has expired and our rates have ended and to contact IBT immediately. This is a false statement. The rate currently does not expire until August 1, 2017, and, Dynegy will not provide this information to an aggregate company.
